Click here to log on to FTP services UPDATE: Due to Service Pack 2 for Windows XP, your FTP settings may change after installation. If you can't logon to FTP services, go to Internet Explorer, click tools, click Internet options, select advance tab, and uncheck, USE PASSIVE Mode, then you will be able to log on. You can click above to logon then enter your username and password. If a popup window does not appear, click FILE on the browser that opened, then click, LOGON AS and insert your username and password. Some browser settings may cause this to happen. After you logon, you will see all folders within the FTP site. Once you enter your private folder, you can add more folder and files. You will be able to see all folders, but only files that you have rights to. Customers have an area also. Once you give the username and password to the customer, the customer can upload or download files. Customers have full rights in this area as you do, so once a customer downloads a file, he or she can delete it from the FTP site in the customer area. Each of you will have full rights to your area, but there are a few general areas where you have only List and Read rights granted, so data does not get deleted. Only designated few will have the rights to alter these areas. Little Help Tips:
